The central figure is Zao Gongen, surrounded by Fudō Myō-ō, Jizō Bosatsu, Jinja Daishōten, Kongō Dōji, and En no Gyōja, founder of Shugendō.
Such scrolls served as powerful talismans at home, combining Buddhist and Shinto traditions.
