Exterior snow scenes with multiple figures occur far less frequently in Kunisada’s work than his well-known single-actor portraits, which makes this sheet an uncommon example within late Edo kabuki prints.
Date: late Edo, approximately 1845–1855.
Format: ōban.
Condition: antique condition with natural signs of age, creases, edge losses and characteristic surface changes; colors and linework remain legible.
