Authentic temple woodblock ofuda from Nishinomiya Jinja (Hyōgo), the principal shrine of Ebisu.
This sheet shows Ōkuninushi no kami (Daikoku) together with his son Kotoshironushi no kami (Ebisu), worshipped as paired gods of prosperity and protection.
The explanatory text praises their role in governing the realm and bringing happiness (天下を治給ひ, 人を幸へ給ふ), stressing that faith and offerings to these deities grant fortune, safety, and abundance.
The red square seal reads “Hōnō Sesshū Nishinomiya Taisha Gohan” – “Dedication, Official Seal of the Great Shrine of Nishinomiya in Settsu Province”.
Format: woodblock print on traditional washi with machine-laid structure (regular su-me lines ~35 mm)

Condition: natural aging, small losses at margins, otherwise very good for its age
