Ink on traditional paper. Natural foxing from age, untreated and respected as part of the work’s character. Semi-cursive brush style with confident strokes and balanced composition. Likely mid-20th century.
Attributed to a mid-20th century Zen calligrapher known as “Eishin” (reading provisional). Signature and seal consistent with Zen practice names of the Shōwa period.
